GROUP BOOKINGS IN THE DINING ROOM
Group bookings can be made online for up to 14 guests.
Groups of 9 guests or more are required to dine on our set menu options.
SERVICE FEE
A 5% service fee applies for all group bookings of 9 guests or more.
An additional 10% surcharge applies on Sunday's and 15% on Public Holidays
DRINKS
Beverages are ordered on a consumption basis, when you arrive at Bar Carolina.
Let us know if you would like our Head Sommelier to contact you and tailor a bespoke wine menu.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
We require 7 days notice to cater for specific dietary requests.
CAKEAGE CHARGE
You are welcome to bring a celebration cake with you, a $5 per person charge applies.

ROOM 48 - PRIVATE DINING
BOOKINGS FOR ROOM 48
The Private Dining Room known as 'Room 48' is an experience in itself. Tables can be arranged to accommodate each occasion and group.
CAPACITY
16 seated around one oval table, or 20 seated around semi-circle tables.
OPTIONS
All guests are required to dine on one of our set menus.
Upon booking, a consultation with our sommelier can be arranged to ensure you find the perfect pour.
SERVICE FEE
5% Monday to Saturday
10% Sunday and 15% Public holidays
*Menus subject to change with seasonal produce.
