  • Wednesday  - Max 14 guests

  • Thursday      Max 14 guests

  • Friday           - Lunch; Max 14 guests 

  •                          Dinner; Max 10 guests (Set Menu not available)

  • Saturday      - Lunch; Max 14 guests 

  •                          Dinner; Max 10 guests (Set Menu not available)

  • Sunday         - Max 14 guests

SET MENU - Set menu options apply for bookings of 10 guests and more (not available Friday & Saturday dinner). No alterations to these set menus are permitted.

DRINKS - Beverages are ordered on a consumption basis, when you arrive at Bar Carolina.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS - We require 7 days notice to cater for specific dietary requests.
CAKEAGE CHARGE - You are welcome to bring a celebration cake with you, a $3 per person charge applies.
