One chef. One city. Three Italian culinary legacies. This winter, Bar Carolina presents Uno Chef, Una Citta: a series of luxurious long lunches that will transport guests to Italy’s most celebrated dining rooms. Curated by Head Chefs Akela Nevelli and Vincenzo di Giovanniello, each event will honour a chef and the city whose cuisine they defined, shining a spotlight on Milan, Rome and Naples.
