Layers of grilled eggplant, slow cooked tomato sauce, mozzarella, fresh basil. Cook in the oven for 35 minutes at 180°.
FRESH SPAGHETTI + CASARECCE PASTA'S
Fresh pasta - 450g each.
Cook for 2-3 minutes in salted boiling water.
CACIO E PEPE + BOLOGNESE SAUCES
Classic Italian sauces - 500g each.
Slowly heat and toss pasta through the sauce to serve.
12 HOUR SLOW COOKED LAMB SHOULDER, THYME, GARLIC + LEMON
Remove from the bag and place on a tray, cook for 45 minutes at 180°.
Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
CHICKEN, MUSTARD, LEMON + THYME
Remove from the bag and place on a lined baking tray and cook for 50-55 minutes at 200°.Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
ROAST ROSEMARY + GARLIC POTATOES
Remove the lid from the container and roast the potatoes for 25-30 minutes at 200°.
