GROUP BOOKINGS IN THE RESTAURANT


 
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday + Sunday - LUNCH + DINNER: Up to 20 guests
  • Friday + Saturday -  LUNCH: Up to 20 guests
  • Friday + Saturday -  DINNER: Up to 10 guests ONLY. 

Groups of 11+ are required to be on one of our set menus below. 

There is a 5% service fee on the day for all group bookings and 10% on sundays and 15% on public holidays.
Set Menus subject to change mid-October due to seasonal produce.

DRINKS
Beverages are ordered on a consumption basis, when you arrive at Bar Carolina.
Let us know if you would like our Head Sommelier to contact you and tailor a bespoke wine menu.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
We require 7 days notice to cater for specific dietary requests.

CAKEAGE CHARGE
You are welcome to bring a celebration cake with you, a $3 per person charge applies.​

BOOKINGS FOR ROOM 48

The semi-private room known as 'Room 48' is an experience in itself. Tables can be arranged to accommodate each occasion and group.

 

CAPACITY

16 seated around one oval table, or 20 seated around semi-circle tables.

MINIMUM SPENDS

Monday (reopening October)
  • Lunch: $2,000 minimum spend

  • Dinner: $2,500 minimum spend

Service charge: 5% fee

 

Tuesday-Thursday
  • Lunch: $2,000 minimum spend

  • Dinner: $2,500 minimum spend

Service charge: 5% fee

Friday and Saturday
  • Lunch: $2,500 minimum spend

  • Dinner: $3,500 minimum spend

Service charge: 5% fee

Arrival times:  6:45pm or 8:45pm

 

Sunday
  • Lunch and Dinner: $2,500 minimum spend

Service charge: 10% fee
