We look forward to hosting you and your guests at our Carolina Group venues. We hope our answers below can guide you with any questions you have.

Cancellations

We understand that plans change, however Bar Carolina requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel a booking, regardless of your personal circumstance.  Bookings cancelations or reduction in numbers, within 24 hours of your expected arrival will be charged the $50pp fee.

No shows will be charged the $50pp fee.

Groups

Accessibilty

Bar Carolina is wheelchair friendly, please make a note on your booking or notify our staff to ensure you are on an accessible table. 

Private Dining

Bar Carolina hosts a seperate semi-private space which is only available on certain days, please enquire online.

Parking

There is street parking available around Bar Carolina, or paid parking off Caroline Street South.

Dietary requirements

Please add your dietary requirements on the notes page of your booking and notify staff when you arrive - we will do our best to accommodate.

We do however offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. Please ask our team to share the dishes when you are in the venue.

Gift voucher

These can be purchased via our website, to redeem simply present your voucher to our team (printed/digital).

Payment

We accept all cards, except Diners, and do not charge a credit card fee.

A 5% service fee applies to groups of 11 or more.

A 10% Sunday service fee and 15% Public Holiday fee applies.

We accept split bills if required.

We accept the following gift cards: Gourmet traveller and Good Food

Pets

Pets are not permitted in our venue however are welcome to enjoy the sunshine at our outdoor tables.

Booking duration

All reservations are for 2 hours. Please contact us if you wish to extend your booking.

Group bookings will be allocated a longer time frame.

Birthdays/Cakes

You are welcome to ask our team to add a candle to one of our desserts if you wish.

 

A $3pp cakeage fee applies if you BYO a cake.

Outdoor dining

Bookings for our lovely deck area are no longer available online with the seasons changing. If the weather is nice and the team can open the deck they will happily seat you there on arrival.

Highchairs

We have a limited amount of highchairs available, please advise us upon booking that you will require a highchair and we will do our best to accommodate.

Seating

We cannot guarantee any special requests for specific tables.

Children

We do not have a printed children's menu, however our team can provide options on arrival.

Lost Property

Please call Bar Carolina if you have left an item behind, or pop in and speak to our friendly team.

We will return your call if your item is found.

Takeaway

We do not currently offer takeaway.

We understand that plans change, however Il Bacaro requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel a booking, regardless of your personal circumstance.  Bookings cancelations or reduction in numbers, within 24 hours of your expected arrival will be charged the $50pp fee.

No shows will be charged the $50pp fee.

Groups

We can accommodate groups of up to 10 guests for lunch and dinner. A 5% service fee applies. We are not able to split bills for group bookings.

Accessibilty

There are two steps, to enter Il Bacaro, we do not have a ramp to enter the venue.

Regrettably we do not have wheelchair friendly bathrooms

Private Dining

We do not have a Private Dining Room at Il Bacaro, however can offer exclusive use of our venue on Saturdays (lunch only.)

Exclusive Events

Exclusive venue hire is only available for lunch service on Saturdays (12pm-3.30pm).

A set menu is required, and a 10% surcharge is applied.

Beverages on consumption, our team will work with you on selections.

Seating

We cannot guarantee any special requests for specific tables, but we will do our best to accommodate.

Children

We do not have a children's menu, however our team can provide options on arrival.

We do not have highchairs available.

Cancellations

We understand that plans change, however Marameo requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel a booking, regardless of your personal circumstance. 

 

Bookings cancelations or reduction in numbers, within 24 hours of your expected arrival will be charged the $50pp fee.

No shows will be charged the $50pp fee.

Cancellations for groups of 15 or more, are required no less than 7 days before your expected arrival.

Accessibilty

Regretfully, Marameo is accessed via a flight of stairs, we do not have a lift to enter the venue.

Private Dining

Marameo boasts a private dining room that can accommodate up to 24 guests, along two tables or up to 16 guests around one square table.

Outdoor dining

Bookings for our lovely open-air terrace are available year-round. Please note, if you have selected our terrace for your booking, and the weather turns sour we will do our best to accommodate your inside. 

Takeaway

We do not currently offer takeaway.

Seating

Children

We do not have a children's menu, however have plenty of delicious child-friendly options on our menu, or can serve a napoli based pasta and icecream.

Tetto is accessed by a large flight of stairs, we do not have wheelchair/lift access.

Our terrace hosts a retractable roof. Guests are not able to smoke on the terrace.
